1-Domain name registration
We register annually your domain name in 03 days maximum from the date of payment.
2-Hosting and other services
When the Service is done
The
service is done 5 days from the date of payment. Your website is
declared finished once all your first content (pictures, text...) has
been uploaded and once you have accepted the design proposed to you.
Free
updates are possible within 30days from the date of your first payment.
THe 30 days from the date of payment is a bonus we give to our client
to freely update his website without paying any fee, but this 30 days
free update is only available to those that have completed payment for
their website within 5 days from the date of the initial payment.
Our billing cycles are:
Monthly, quarterly, Semi-Annual, annual and two years
The
client receives payment notifications before the date of payment.
Failure to pay, within 15 days from the date due, the account may be
suspended or terminated. Suspension notification will be sent to the
client before the action. You may loose your data when your account or
website is suspended.
A penalty of R50.00 must be paid to unsuspend your account.
We charge R500 of penalty regarding MLM websites.
The suspended account must be settled within 30 days from the date of suspension,
If
not, the account or domain name will be terminated and payment has not
been received within 30 days, we will, unfortunately, be obliged to
hand over the account for collection and interest at 1% per month, or
part thereof, will be charged.
We
would like to avoid the unpleasantness and the additional legal costs,
for our account, that would inevitably be the outcome of that course
and urge you to settle.

We do not charge any fees for use of our services by persons other than customers.
Fees are subject to change upon 15 days notice.

We
reserve the right to cancel any account in case of non payment or
payment delay with notice. The client can be notified via email address
or cell phone number.
We
and our providers or partners shall not be liable to you or to any
third party for any modification, price, change or discontinuance of
the Service.
All our customers will be notified minimum 08 months before in case of discontinuance of the service:
The
hosting services should be transferred by us free of charge to another
provider in case of discontinuance for our clients need.
We are a Reseller Web Hosting Company.
Our good and trust services come from trust partners and providers.
Since we are a Reseller Web Hosting Company, we reserved the right to reveal or not, details of our hosting providers.
All
our customers will be charged an amount of R500.00 if they decide to be
hosted directly by our hosting providers. The transfer of domain from
our Reseller account to our providers server will be done in respect of
this close.
However, the transfer of domain from our Reseller account to any other provider is free and possible on written request.
7- Privacy Policy
We
recognise that the customer provides all his billing information that
must be protected. Daniel Web Builders and Marketing does not share
client database to another client or another service provider except if
the client has been detected as fraud source for investigation.
8- Return Policy
All
payments made by the client are not refundable after 48 hours from the
date of payment. If the client is not satisfied, by the job that has
been done, we continue updating according to the wish of the client
according to the money paid, this is possible within 30days from the
date of payment. In other ways the refund within 5 days from the date
of payment can be considered as a credit memo for another service
within the company.
However, according to his judgement, Daniel Web-Builders and Marketing can cancel or suspend any work of the client within 3 days from the date the payment has been received.
In this case, the money paid by the client is refunded to the client.
9- Payment Policy
We accept the following forms of payment:
Bank deposit, Bank Transfer, Internet banking, Money Bookers,
Payment via Pay Fast, Paypal, Visa, Master card, Credit Card. Please,
contact us if you want to use one of the above forms that may not be
active in our system at the time you are making payment.
For this period all prices don't include taxes.
10- Delivery Policy
Most
purchases are delivered within 5 days from the date of payment.
Regarding website building, we deliver the service 5 working days and
update within 30 days from the day of payment (only applicable to those
that has completed payment for their service).
The service is delivered to the client via email.
The duration of work can be fixed differently according to the work

websites and cell phone. Once you sign up for our websites email newsletter you will receive promotions and offers that includes special prices for a specific period.
12- Product Testimonial
Daniel
Web Builders and Marketing cc welcomes feed back on your experience
with our products. We will publish both positive and negative
testimonials so long as the product testimonials are accurate and constructive. Should you post a testimonial that we do not publish; our customer service department will contact
you in order to improve our product quality and service. Only members
of our website can post their testimonials.
