This
contract is entered into between Daniel Web-Builders and Marketing cc. Reg No.
2008/072512/23 (South Africa) and Mr/Mrs/Miss................................................
Whereas
the both parties accept to work together in application of the following terms.
(Daniel Web-Builders and Marketing cc) as a National
Representative Secretary.
He/She will be doing the following
duties:
i)
To enlarge the marketing network of the company and to
promote the online marketing tools such as
-
Adverts of businesses and companies through the net.
ii)
To contribute and help National companies to get clients / investors
nationally and worldwide.
iii) Other duties relevant to
his position (ref. internal regulation of the company).
Condition
of Service
1.
The person will pay a fee of $1000.00 or R7500.00 to be trained and to be
able to train others and build websites. (applicable to those that cannot build
websites and are interested in learning).
2.
Any client he gets will be our responsibility to register the
domain of the client, he will give us 20% plus the fee for domain registration
and hosting fee the remaining 80% will be for the National Representative
Secretary and his branch where he/she is. (applicable to those who can build
websites)
3.
If a client comes with a category of website he cannot build
then we will build it and the Nat Rep. Sec. will give us 60% plus 1 year domain
registration and 1 month hosting fee.
4.
The Nat. Rep. Sec. is free to charge the person he will train
any fee. He is also free to refer people to us for training ( applicable to
only National Secretaries that have been trained by us).
5.
If you cannot pay the amount for the training (applicable to
those that cannot build websites) then;
a)
He will give Us (DWBM) 60% on all the clients that he will
receive including the fee for 1 year domain registration and 1 month hosting.
Condition
of Training
National
Representative Secretary:
1.
This is a partner residing in another country and
representing the company (Daniel We Builders and Marketing cc) there according to the present agreement.
2.
He/She can be trained online or invited to come to South
Africa by the company to be trained.
3.
The National Representative Secretary will be in charge of
his / her own air ticket and visa fee. DWBM will be in charge of accommodation,
food and other necessary expenses in South Africa.
Chief of
National Department (He/She reports directly to DWBM)
(Applicable to those living in RSA) The Chief of National
Department is that partner living in South Africa who can take control of the
National Department.
1.
The National Representative Secretary will report to the
chief of National Department.
2.
While the Chief of National Department will report to Daniel
Web Builders and Marketing cc.
3.
The Chief of National Department will also be responsible for
training the National Representative Secretary.
4.
He/She will propose to Daniel Web Builders and Marketing cc
the National Representative fro recruitment.
Administrative
Facilities (Appointment)
1.
DWBM will appoint the Chief of Department and National
Representative Secretary when the National Rep. Sec. has been directly
recruited by the Company.
2.
DWBM will provide all the necessary information or documents
for the chief of Department and National Representative Secretary to get a work
permit.
3.
The candidate must provide the following:
a.
Application Form
b.
Passport
c.
Relevant Academic Certificates
d.
A letter from his Clergy or a police report testifying of
good character.
1.2 Disclaimer
1. The Chief of Department and Nat Rep. Sec. must work
according to present agreement.
DWBM will not be responsible of any inconvenience /
Misconduct that may be caused by the chief of National Department or National
Rep Sec. when they behave outside the agreement.
2. Any activity done outside the agreement must be
their responsibility.
3. The company will never cover/ protect any
intentional act not related to the present agreement and fraud that the Chief
of Nat Dept or Nat. Rep. Sec. are responsible for.
4. DWBM reserves al right to cancel the contract with
a notification to the authorities of the country of representation (in case of
non respect of the aggrements).
Management
Ø The Nat. Rep Sec. is locally independent in
the financial management which should be done according to the regulations of
his country.
2. Duration of the contract
This contract is valid for 12 months
flexible from the date of signature. Both parties can modify the content but
must give a 90 days notice before any modification or cancellation can be done.
